RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of item receipt. Buyer pays
return shipping.
The product does have a 1 year warranty on it from the manufacturer, you can contact them directly
for assistance. For other information please read our listing which
described shipping insurance.
If you have any questions you must ask us in writing prior to
bidding!
OPEN, NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We do not accept open box, non-defective item returns.
BRAND NEW, UNOPENED ITEMS
Within 14 days from shipment date, you may return any unopened
product. Unopened items returned during those 14 days will not be
charged a restocking fee. Returned after the 14-day period
are not accepted. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges
incurred to return the item to us.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS Eligible*
Defective products may be returned for an exchange within 14 days
from the date your product was received. Defective products must be
returned in the original packaging with all original contents.
Product must be returned no later than 7 days from the receipt of
your return authorization number. Buyer is responsible for any
shipping charges incurred to return the item to us. Item must be
shipped back using the same shipment method used to ship the item to you. Item can only be exchanged for
an identical item.
We do not accept open box, non-defective item returns.
*Most items originally thought to be defective turn out to be a
result of user error or compatibility issues. If you believe you
may have received a defective item, we encourage you to contact us
and see if the issue you are experiencing can be resolved without
return and replacement. For US buyers, in almost all cases your
item will be covered under factory warranty; if this is the case we
may opt for this option over return and replacement.
EREFUSING A PACKAG
If you should place an order with us and then refuse a package for
any reason other than damage to the merchandise in the box, please
know that you will receive a refund for the amount of your original
transaction less any shipping charges we have incurred in getting
the package to you originally as well as the cost of the return
shipping.
INSURANCE
This product ships via FREIGHT / LTL. Shipping is only available to
the Continental USA. The item will be shipped insured however you
must NOTE ANY DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY. Do NOT refuse the product
simply inspect on delivery and note if there are any damages and
the product is fully covered! If you do not note damages on
delivery the customer is responsible for filing all claims and
dealing directly with the shipping carrier so please be sure to
check the product and sign for the delivery in good condition once
inspecting the product
